The Lodge at Little Duck, Tundra Investments Ltd., its owners and staff, make every effort to satisfy our guests. We will assume no responsibility or liability for any hazard of any kind associated with these trips. Neither is any obligation or responsibility assumed for any political, meteorological, climatic, mechanical, or other circumstances or for the actions of transportation companies, contractors or other principals for which The Lodge at Little Duck or Tundra Investments Ltd. contracts.

Guests who miss our charter are responsible for their own transportation to camps. We recommend that guests plan on overnighting in Thompson the night before their flight to camp and on the day they are scheduled to return to Thompson. Every effort is made for the charter flights to run on time, but safety is paramount and the decision to fly or not is beyond our control. We strongly suggest the purchase of travel insurance.

All angling and hunting will be carried out in a sporting, fair chase manner, which does not imply or express any guarantee with regards to the harvesting of any game animal or fish. All applicable regulations with respect to angling, hunting and the use of firearms will be strictly obeyed.

All guests are required to complete and sign a booking form and waiver of liability. Booking forms for our various angling and hunting packages can be downloaded and printed or we will e-mail or send them to you by regular mail on request.

Crossing the Border

The US Homeland Security has made it mandatory that a valid passport must be produced by people traveling by air. At present a passport is not required by US citizens entering Canada or the United States by land or sea. Two pieces of identification which prove identity and citizenship are required, including one with a photograph, such as a valid driver's license, and a birth certificate. It is anticipated however that a passport will be required for land and sea crossings into the United States by the summer of 2009.

If you have been convicted of anything considered a criminal offence in Canada , including driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will need to get approval of rehabilitation or a temporary immigration permit from Canada 's Minister of Citizenship and Immigration before you can enter Canada . Contact the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate for more information .
